  • June 2016: Hydraulic analysis report
  • April 2017–June 2018: Permitting process
  • February–May 2018: Site layout, engineering, design and specifications
  • July 2018: Construction bidding
  • August–September 2018: Demolition and construction
  • October 2018: Bridge opens to the neighborhood
