Open time for public expression, up to three minutes per speaker, on items not on the Commission's/Committee's agenda. (While members of the public are welcome to address the Board, under the Brown Act, Board members may not deliberate or take action on items not on the agenda, and generally may only listen.)
- Election of Officers for CSA 20 Board (Action Item)
CSA 20 members will elect a Chair, Vice Chair and Secretary. New officers begin serving at the first CSA 20 meeting held in 2019.
Recommended action: Elect a Chair, Vice-Chair and Secretary for 2019.
- Approve Minutes for Regular Meeting Held September 11, 2017 (Action Item)
- Staff Update on District Activities and Projects (information Item)
Parks staff will provide advisory board members with an update on current maintenance activities and projects on open space within CSA 20, plus updates on items of interest in all County Parks.
- CSA 20 Fiscal Year 2018-2019 Budget Update (Action Item)
Park staff will present an update on funding information as related to CSA 20. Advisory Board members will consider changes to this year's budget.
