Call to Order
Open time for public expression, up to three minutes per speaker, on items not on today's agenda. The Advisory Board will hear items without return comment or discussion. Testimony regarding matters not on the agenda will not be considered part of the administrative record.
- Approve Minutes for Regular Meeting September 13, 2018 (Action Item)
- Update on CSA 16 Activities and Public Outreach (Information Item)
Park staff will provide an update on the status of CSA 16 activities. Advisory board members will discuss current Fiscal Year CSA 16 projects and maintenance activities. Landscape Architect Jeff George will provide an update on the Eliseo Dr renovation and upcoming Sir Francis Drake rehabilitation. Members will also discuss new strategies for engaging the Greenbrae community, including signage and newsletters.
- Update on Greenbrae Firewise Status (Information Item)
Staff will present opportunities to advance Greenbrae as a Firewise Community, and Board members will explore projects that help reduce wildfire risks in the community. Board will also discuss broader emergency preparedness and the role of Neighborhood Response Groups (NRGs) in these efforts.
- Fiscal Year 2018-2019 Budget Update and Fiscal Year 2019-2020 Budget Reviews (Action Item)
Park staff will present an update on funding information as related to CSA 16. Advisory Board members will review and recommend any changes to the budget and capital projects planning.
Recommendation: Approve budget and projects per discussion.
