Marin County Parks invites bids from qualified contractors on a variety of projects.
ISSUE DATE: 04/30/2013
Project Description: This project involves the removal of the existing asphalt parking lot pavement section and removal of all concrete curbs. Parking lot is to be repaved with a combination of permeable concrete and asphaltic concrete. Project includes the construction of a roofed wood portable toilet enclosure and retaining wall, relocation of signs, bike racks and portable toilets, new concrete curbs, new drainage ditches, new infiltration trenches, new accessible parking stalls, ramp, and path of travel to new accessible portable toilet, parking lot striping, and decomposed granite pathway.
Please review the Notice to Contractors to understand the work and submission requirements. Work shall be done in accordance with official plans and specifications, which may be purchased for $50.00 and are available at:
